I only come to you girls to get my haircut, I really fancy your salon. But Wednesday when I came in to get my haircut there were problems getting my credit card to pay it, so I ended up paying cash. I saw on my bank app that it was still pending on my card even though I paid cash, so I asked the stylist(don't remember her name) if that was normal and she said yes and it should stop within the same day, well around 8 am the next day I checked and it was still pending, but it also said that it would expire around the 3rd so I thought I could just wait till than until I woke up this morning and realized that it went through, even though I paid cash. So I paid a total of 80+ for a haircut worth 40?! I'm completely outraged.

I was having issues with the computer getting myself and my 2 young boys all registered. Rather then helping me they just took the next guy who was obviously a friend. When I mentioned it to the ladies they said he was from a business next door. When I pressed the issue they told me to talk with a manager.
